The staff at the Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House we're all great. They were friendly and started up a conversation no matter what time it was. They were always available to assist in any way possible. When I come back to DC, this will be my hotel of choice.

5 Stars for the rooftop bars happy hour and the staff in the lobby and upstairs. Sure the view could be better & I did not stayed at the hotel. But i came on many occasions after work to enjoy the sun, the view over the city and a ice cold or cocktail. And enjoyed every single time.
Great stay, definitely stay here again. Great free breakfast, good location, walking distance to many attractions. The room was large and very suitable for a family of four. No complaints and we definitely stay here again!!
Wonderful hyatt in a great location. Walking distance to the white house and Smithsonians. Breakfast was included and had many options. Only down sides were the cost of valet parking and the strip club immediately next door.
Room was small. Location was excellent. Staff was amazing A BIG THANK YOU to Ms.T and Ms. Kim for providing excellent service and making my son feel AWESOME on his birthday!!! Also our trip nearly turned into a nightmare but they were on point on handling the situation and accommodating us until the issue was fixed.
