This was an excellent experience. The front desk checked us in when we arrived although we were an hour early and asking to check our bags. We were given an accessible room which was perfect for me. The pool and work out area was easily accessed and clean. The Jacuzzi is attached to the pool. That was a little bit of a negative as it is difficult to relax with pool water splashing into the hot water. That little inconvenience was so overshadowed by everything else. Room service was prompt and delicious. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. The staff was exceedingly helpful.
Comfortable rooms, extremely helpful/friendly staff, excellent location (walking distance to National Mall, Penn Quarter and China Town). Very reasonable price for staying in prime location. Make a reservation today...you won't be disappointed.
The location was a 20 minute walk to all the museums we wanted to go to and the staff was wonderful. We arrived late and had no problems getting a room. They held our bags for our last day since our flight was later in the night.

So far it has been a great stay. Staffs been super friendly and helped us do an early check-in. Set us up with a crib and called to make sure it would work for our little baby. Only complaint is the pool was tiny and wow there was a lot of chlorine.
Great service, room was ready early, amazing location. Room did not have hair dryer or extra bedding but was brought up readily when asked. Room was also quiet with comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay, no complaints.
On another note, the hotel building was a bank in a former life. The interior structure is a treat to see, the kids will enjoy seeing the vault door located downstairs and there is plenty of teaching oppurtunities while pointing out interior architectural features.
