It's a very nice and clean hotel. The room has a kitchen, complete with dishwasher, full size fridge and microwave. Breakfast is just typical hotel breakfast. The hotel location is very close to the Capitol Hill, National Botanic Garden, etc. I would definitely go back again.
This hotel does not know how to treat their guest or handle situations professionally. I was traveling with my two children. They might have been too loud which caused other guest to complain. I completely understand the hotel needs to keep all guest happy and in doing so, let the guest conducting the noise to quite it down. The way they handle the situation was not professional.
Clean. Comfortable. View was not fantastic as there is a lot of construction and that's all that we could see, but you're in DC and typically not for the views. Received an alert that our room was ready early however when we arrived I was told that it was not. Easily switched rooms to one that was available. I was irritated that they do not tell you on site parking is $50 and that's about your only option. Very short walk to nationals stadium and the metro is directly across the street. Easy to get to. Also very disappointed that no one told us breakfast ends early weekdays... so we missed it.
Staff was nice. Room service was nice. Pool was fine. Fitness center I lost about a pound! Nice
They send a police officer to the door where she rudely threatens to kick us out if she has to come up again. This was the first warning they had to given me and my kids and management felt the need to send a police officer to the door and threaten us. A simple call from the manager would have sufficed. My kids are 4 and 6 and now nervous because they feel they are going to be kicked out of the hotel that is their home away from home. When my husband goes to explain to front desk that we too are guest of hilton and are not happy with how they handled the situation. Management advises she will be glad to get a bell cart so we can find another place to stay. All while at the front desk service manager, front desk associate, police officer, and HR manager are laughing among themselves about the situation. Never have I felt so awkward while staying at a hotel, not to mention a HILTON property.

Very nice and accommodating service. Great breakfast included with room. Good swimming pool. Very nice roof top terrace with view of Capitol. Brand new and upcoming part of town.
