I love it n the breakfast is amazing. The people in this place was very nice and very helpful. They will serve you too if they see that u need help. The room are very nice n there beds are super comfortable. I will be staying there again on my next trip.

I stayed here overnight with a group of friends attending a concert at the Verizon Center. The location was great and there are so many fabulous places to eat within walking distance. The valet parking is a bit spendy, but not abnormal for the area. The included breakfast was better than expected and the guy that manages the breakfast service was very entertaining. I would definitely stay here again and would be very comfortable bringing my family as well.
Centrally located but a little rough around the edges. Our fifth floor room looked out over a beautiful stone church and the property is a block away from DC's sports arena, so expect crowds of sports fans as hotel guests depending on the day. Service at check in was prompt despite a long line of new arrivals, though a toothbrush that we asked to be delivered to the room never materialized, reportedly because they'd run out. Rooms are a mix of clean, comfy beds and modern accessories with some ancient utilities that could use repair. Upon arrival, the front panel of our air conditioning/heater unit was detached and resting on the floor, treating us to a view of its dusty inner-workings. Several of the lampshades were, confusingly, stained. All in all, some minor improvements by management would go a long way toward sprucing this place up.

Great location and price for being right in the middle of DC. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Only real downside was the morning I went to leave I couldn't get the water hot. But it was fine the morning before. Overall great hotel for the price!
