I am usually very satisfied with my hotel visits. I even enjoy my Motel 6 visits. But this hotel has been terrible. I am very appreciative of kindness and it is disappointing that I did not receive this at this beautiful hotel.

Tried to cancel a reservation for my grandmother because plans had changed. I was transferred by the main operator to a Sandra two times. First time she said that she could not help. Second time she said her computer was down. Waited a half an hour. Called the main number again. Asked the main operator if her computer if her computer was working, and it was. She transferred me to Sandra again who said her computer was down. Called the main operator, and she cancelled the reservation. The cancellation process should have been that easy the first time.

This conference center was nice and beautiful but the staff was terrible. I was away from my baby and needed to store my breast milk to be able to feed her when I returned home. I asked the managment to store a bottle for me in the main company freezer (where employees keep their lunches and snacks) so that it wouldn't go bad by the time I got it home to my baby the next day. They told me no and I wasted all my milk and now do not have a supply stock for my baby. I've never had a hotel do this and I'm very upset.

Just watched a YouTube video where a working mom had to throw away her breast milk because the front desk refused to accommodate her by storing the milk in freezer! And even worse was the response they gave her "we aren't a hotel, we're a conference center"

Our room was great. Small and quaint. But dirty.

The people art the front desk were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I arrived early (because of my flight) and they were very accommodating at finding me a trim that was available instead of making me wait. I ordered room service for a late dinner and for breakfast, and the food was fantastic. I would definitely like yup stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Management should definitely be ashamed of this parsimonious conduct and poor customer service! Will never recommend or stay here.

When we returned from our day out, our room was tidied but not clean. The floors had hair and the toilet paper had not been refilled. Also, my sheets were darkened from so much continuous use. They should replenish their supplies.

Front desk staff was not friendly. They spoke to me with attitude. I am very friendly and believe in killing people with kindness and still they were not friendly.
