Stayed here for the weekend on 11/18 - 11/19 when we checked in there were some complications and the person checking us in was so rude and seemed like he hated his job. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The continental breakfast was also nice and the sausages were SOOO good! Also when we were checking out, i believe his name was Andre, he was hilarious and very sweet! Loved him! But the parking is ridiculous $42 per car
Wonderful, beautiful hotel with awesome service. Provides hot breakfast and dinner options, rooms have everything you need. Also a general store within the hotel and all day long hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate).
This is a great hotel with an amazing and friendly staff. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few concerns with the room. One being stains on the pillow and the carpet was not very clean. The location is close to the metro station and walking distance to Union Market; which has a vast amount of food choices and cute shops.
Location is a bit out of the way for tourists. We were there for work, great value for what we paid. Staff was great, friendly and sent us to good food/drinks places. The rooms are massive & are office friendly.
Room was great. New, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was pretty poor three out of four days, and decent on the fourth day. The shuttle service and drivers were excellent. Valet parking was absolutely ridiculous at $42 per night with taxes. Public parking in the immediate area is poor, so they have you captive with the parking and they take full advantage of it.
