I've also used their bike rental a few times with friends from out of town and they are competitively priced with great service and convenient location.
Excellent customer service, and brilliant value for money. They went out of their way to help us by allowing us to use their changing room and luggage storage. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting DC.

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. As someone who knows little of bikes I appreciated him talking me out of a more expensive service, taking the time to show me what to do, and fixing it while I waited.
This is my go-to bike shop even though there are now 2 shops closer since I moved. They are fast and friendly with reasonable prices. More than once I've gone in thinking I need an expensive fix only to have them take care of the problem for a nominal charge. I trust their mechanics to the ends of the earth.
great rental bike, fast service Was in DC for just a few hours, wanted to rent a bike. I was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. Bike was in excellent repair, shifted promptly, with true wheels. Came with a lock and a helmet, for less than $17 for the day. I think it was a great deal. Both staff were super friendly, too. Would definitely rent from them again.
Note: been here a couple times now, if there’s a line they might not get to you immediately but there is a ton to do nearby for both locals (union station is a great place to work) and tourists (national library, the senate, etc)
Also recommend their used bike sales if you're looking for a good deal on a well maintained bike
