Always have trucks available even if you walk in. the staff are very knowledgeable and with patience you can get what you need.
I have never had a problem. Good trucks. Nice staff. Easy drop off.

However, the staff that was there (1 counter person and 1 outside person) was great for the situation at hand. There was at least a 40 person line that went out of the rental office. I arrived at 0845 (store opens at 0900) and I didn't get out until 1030. Simply not enough staff to meet the needs of the customers.
The truck i rented was not there. I was sent to another location to get a comparable truck. Only problem was that it was rush hour in dc on Friday. What should have taken 5 minutes took 1.5 hours of precious time needed for moving.
