The place is clean inside and out. The parking lot is shared with 3 other businesses. The staff are very nice and polite. Rates on storage a bit high but comparable to other locations.
The employees at this store are amazing! Always willing to help, great customer service. I had the pleasure of the manager LaTasha assisting me. She was great, very knowledgeable of all policy and procedures, polite, and respectful. I’ll continue to be a valuable customer as long the employees appreciate their customers like they do here!! Stop by check out their units, you won’t be disappointed.
I have 2 lockers here. The funny thing, it was supposed to be for about 2-3 months. Now it's been 10 months. Gotta unload stuff.
Diamond was super helpful and courteous today! She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered while remaining attentive to her other customers. She made sure to recommend insurance as well. I will not hesitate to recommend these storage unit to others.
This is my second experience with Extra Space but at a different facility. After a few years, I needed to store some items and called this facility. Diamond answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. She was able to quickly get me set up as she knew I was short on time. I appreciate her attentiveness.
