Efficient and gay friendly
Stacy Adams was so incredibly helpful! She looked for my flat sash rod. When your store didn't carry it, she went online to see where I might be able to find /order it and gave me some suggestions of older stores that might carry it as well! This reminds me of "Miracle On 34th Street" when Macy's went above and beyond to help customers find Christmas items . THANK YOU, Stacy! I wish more clerks were as genuinely committed to customer service the way Stacy is!
The people working there are always super helpful, and everything is really affordable. It's great having easy access to a hardware store in the middle of the city!

Great hardware store in DC. They validate parking in the garage and have pretty much anything you need. If you need something super specific just call first and see if they have it. Great selection of pretty much anything you can think of in terms of household hardware
