Is it possible to love a hardware store and staff? Absolutely. Incredibly decent kind accommodating folks. Skilled, excellent assortment, very fair prices. Excellent policies. Go just for the experience.
Expensive but local if you need something in a hurry. Bought fuses which normally cost $5 for four, but cost me $9+ for just 2!! I'll order more online or go somewhere else. Employees are helpful, but I think things are overpriced. I bought seeds there too and paid too much, but got good service.....

The quality of service is a throwback at this Ace Hardware - all of the people that work there are incredibly friendly and super helpful. Not to mention they know their products. And if they don't have a particular item in stock they are quick to offer to order it and everything comes in incredibly fast - like within 2-3 days. Their prices are also reasonable - even though there's a Lowe's that's the same distance away from me as Annie's I prefer this store for almost every purchase (the only exception being flowers - they just don't have the space for a huge garden center). They also offer small machine repairs which is great when I need to get my lawnmower tuned up or have the spark plug replaced on my weed eater. Overall I would hands down recommend this hardware shop over any other place.
