Consistently the worst home depot I've ever been in. Clueless & disengaged staff, cluttered & disorganized inventory.
1 year update: Nothing has changed. Online inventory claims they have 41 of an item, employees can only locate 2. Typical of nearly every visit. My company does a lot of business at Home Depot, and we consistently have to avoid this location if at all possible.
Not the cleanest or most organized HD around here - I think that goes to College Park or Hyattsville, but still pleasant enough! All the usual HD stuff!
If you don’t need customer service you’ll be good to go, and as I frequent this Home Depot I can tell you that there are great employees here. However, I’ve experienced very long wait times on multiple occasions when I’ve needed a piece of wood cut or needed a key made and a few times it’s been difficult to find someone when I’ve needed help.
I have had nothing but negative experiences at this Home Depot. Their customer service is poor, and their appliances have poor refund policies that fail to cover if not noted within a short 48 hour window. Their staff are untrained and unprofessional, rarely having any expertise to contribute to help resolve your home renovation issues. I would highly recommend completing all purchases through Lowe's.
Very poor customer service. Difficult to find an associate with knowledge to assist you. Long wait, don't go when your time is limited. Some of the younger aged employees are knowledgeable & eager to assist but are over -ruled by the older aged employees & managers. Employees seem reluctant to commit to product availability times. It's almost an adversal interaction between employees & customers. Common warehouse items are not on shelf or in-store stock. Conflicting information provided by different employees.
