I've been calling for months to inquire about my passport. Everytime I've been treated poorly by the lady that answers the phone. She has no customer service training and shouldn't be allowed to answer the phones. Thank God after months of trying to go around her she transferred me to extension 1003. Please if you have to call the embassy, dial extension 1003 first!! This lady, I wish I had her name, was super helpful. The info I couldn't get for months, I got in two minutes. The two stars is because of the first lady, but if I had dialed extension 1003 first, this would have been a five star rating.
This is by far the worst service I have had from an embassy ever. The receptionist answering the phones seem very bothered by questions. Please consider giving her a job that doesn't require customer service. I mean sometimes people have off days but this lady is in a bad mood every single day.
I hate this embassy even in a foreign country you can count on trinidadians to be unprofessional and lazy horrible experience and I bet they don't even watch these reviews to improve themselves smh
