No answer to phone, I called several times, no one answer, Are you guys OK? Should we call 911 to help you out? you guys probably need help, I would give -5 stars.

Do you people ever work? Every time I called no one answered, I guess I can't complain because this is the embassy of Afghanistan and it's just like any other Afghan government organization which is full of corruption!
It was an in person experience, but I saw lot of complaints here about calls not being answered.
One suggestion though. The meeting room was not in good shape at all, they had lunch on meeting room table, there was hand synthesizer bottle and a big kitchen roll on the table also visible lunch leftover marks on the the table.

We want the embassy to provide an easy way to those Afghan who lives in Richmond virginia to get the passport we have a lot of problems to get there. Sometimes the high way is blocked, so that's why mostly people have problem to get the passport .We request from our great ambassador to open a branch of passport in Richmond so that will help those who lives in North Carolina to get the passport easily from Richmond. I had a 12 pm appointment but I was late by 15 minutes because I initially had gone to embassy instead of consulate. I was helped by Seyar Ayoubi (hope spelled it correctly), he was nice, professional and helpful. He reviewed my application and suggested some corrections and filled out a new form for me, when I told him that I have an appointment with USCIS in a week, he marked my application as urgent, believe it or not I got a call from consulate within two days that my passport was ready and i picked it up next business day.
