The embassy does not pick up call and voice mail is full...poor service
The building was beautiful, my people were so welcoming and so nice! They greeted my fiancé with some much love. The service was rapid. Excellent service for my first time there! A+ for sure!
They're never pick up the phone
Staff shows up 30 mn late to work on a Monday. Furniture are old and falling apart, water leaks from the ceiling,wires hanging from the lights and very old creepy artwork. The signs to direct you to the offices are on a piece of paper with a pink marker that faded. This is the face of the country overseas and I'm very disappointed. The lady from the visa department is very sweet and professional, hence the 3 stars.
They never answer they phone but yet supposed to be there for thery people's need.really i have been trying to get a hold of tge passport department for the longest but its nearly impossible to have someone to answer the phone and give me some useful information.the worst thing is that i am 750 miles away from this place which mean that i have fly out just to ask a question .very
