Try V st and 16th. Embassy moved years ago.
The worst embassy services i have ever seen, the lady at the front needs some help on her customer service skills. They take forever, to get your visa ready. They have all kind of attitude, up there , i hope their government can see that and make them work the way they are supposed to.
