This office lost the original of my birth certificate, won't admit it, won't apologize, accused me of making it up - which makes absolutely no sense - and they are so rude. Be aware - you are in their mercy and nothing you can do, they will continue to be rude he unhelpful the more you ask for help.
I called for some very basic information today. I was threaded rudely for no reason and they refused to answer one simple question. Don't expect help from this office.
