Their customer service reps don't really understand what their title is. I had a phone sent there for a replacement. Was told twice that my phone wasn't there. It ended up being in the back. Im upset because they didn't seem concerned about my needs. Very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. Not good. Even though it's convenient to go to that location, I'll go somewhere else from now on.
My experience (4 years so far) with staff at this location - they are always friendly, helpful and patient!

Khari helped me at the Rhode Island ave location. I had been in the day before and ran into a couple of obstacles. He was able to help me above and beyond my satisfaction. He worked hard and with determination when I couldnt remember passcodes and I found him to be crafty, personable and just a pleasure to have working on my account. I have been in customer service all of my career and this young man is a number one rep!!!
