The staff was phenomenal. They helped me and just let me stay there for 40 mins while I charged my phone.
I upgraded my current Galaxy 6s to the Galaxy8s pro. This is the first time in all of my years dealing with Sprint that the level of service was outstanding. Gerardo Lezcano was the sales manager and I could not have been better treated. Good Customer Relationship Management is the cornerstone of continued business outcomes for any company in the consumer sector. As native New Yorker, the Sprint sales offices should take note on this Circle of Excellence
As a longtime Sprint customer I was very disappointed with my service, or rather lack thereof. They could not answer my question about activating a new phone, told me no other store in the District could help, and I was out of luck for at least the next 24 hours. Additionally they had no accessories for my new S8+ and told me they wouldn't have any for " awhile." Verizon around the corner was very helpful, sold me accessories and found a Sprint store for me to get a new SIM card. Might just be making the switch.
very poor service! The employees argued right in front of me and took almost an hour to do a simple transaction! I was still charged on my bill , for the returned item! ridiculous
Mice staff people. Wireless network is extremely limiting. Not good for business people. Can't be on the phone and get internet and email.
