I would like to give this store a 5 star, but I went there to buy air pods. I asked them and they had me wait like 5 min to find the airpods. Then I went to pay for them. I did not have enough cash for the air pods, so I went home. Once I came back like 10 min later, I expected the guy who was there to have my air pods, BUT he had already put it back INTO THE DISPLAY CASE! So I had to wait for them to get it out and finally I got to purchase it. DON'T FORGET IT WAS RAINING AND VERY COLD!!!

Good Luck with getting anyone on the phone at this location. I woke up today to a notification that someone bought a $3400 camera on my best buy account and was doing a store pick up. After getting all my financial information in order (canceling order and card). I waited until exactly 10AM to call the store. I wanted to advise the store pick up personnel to call the cops when this person (Who put their name as an authorize pick up person on my account) shows up.

I was on hold from 10AM when they opened until 11:45AM. I called from multiple phones selecting different options. #2, #3, #4 "product availability, geek squad, general etc" all of them just kept playing the stupid hold music. No one ever picked up. I'm sure the person has come and gone in there attempt to buy item with no repercussions. great job best buy.

Pros: Good if you’re nearby and wanna get your hands on some of the newest devices.

Terrible is an understatement. I waisted 9 hours on an install that should have taken 3-4 hours. The garage was cold, the workers was slow and on top of everything my instillation was trash. I had to go to a local audio shop for them to clean everything up. I’ve had good experiences with Best Buy but this one was by far the worst.

Horrible experience, the worst!

My plastic was scratched from the install, my speakers weren’t wired correctly, my amp was just laying on the floor and not secured down, and the workers were rude.

Cons: This location is small and organized oddly due to space constraints. The employees I talked to competently answered most of my questions but tried to sell a bunch of stuff I know I don’t need. I’m an electrical engineer, I know I don’t need a “4K hdmi” but my mom wouldn’t know that so shame on you Best Buy.

I now have to pay for the install to be corrected by another audio shop and waste even more time

Called for an item, they said they had in stock, came to the store and item is not here. Haven't been helped in over 30 minutes. Employees walked passed like I was invisible. Other said they'd help but never came back. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! ;)
