Great experience. While traveling to D.C. from NC our alternator went out on our vehicle. We limped it the last hour on just the battery, arriving in DC at 1am Friday. I called at 730am on Friday and explained what happened to the truck and that we needed it back to travel home by Sunday. (They were not open on sat) Trusting that we were coming, he went ahead and ordered the part so he would have it as soon as possible. We got the truck to him and he had it fixed that day. So thankful for him working us in with a full days worth of work already scheduled. I would definitely recommend this shop!
Chris is great- straight to the point, doesn't try to force any unnecessary repairs, charges only what he has to (my 2nd visit was half the price he originally quoted me).
Taken my Land Rover here twice so far- both times received great service for cheaper prices than competitors quoted me.
Plan on going here for all maintenance/repairs.
