Place was clean but overall the employees play to much and long lines waiting is about 30 mins and they do not help you on the floor. They lost my receipt when I ask for it the man started digging in the trash.Worst autozone I have been too in the DMV
Don't go this location they have bad customer service they are not ready to assist you specially there is one employee I don't know his name he done had tagged name old man with red shirt he don't respect customers he don't have welcome face his name is Deimond I got his name from other employee
I've been going here for years, but no longer. Visited on 10/29 and the manager was absolutely unacceptable. Rude. Curt. Got into an argument with me about what was or wasn't wrong with my car. Couldn't even find it in him to welcome me into the store, thank me for my business, or even complete the transaction -- he just bashed some buttons, barked at me to sign the receipt screen as he walked away.
The rudest man I have ever dealt with. We own a garage out of town and this man not only refused to allow me to use my commercial account but when I asked him about wiper blades I wasn’t sure the type of hook my car used. Hadn’t looked yet. Before I could he exclaimed you don’t know what wiper hook your car has very rudely. I am thankful our store is friendly but this man makes this store a disgrace.
Service was awful. I was give the wrong part number and when I saw the part was incorrect, I was told I was wrong. Bought the part, went to my vehicle to put it on and as I said IT WAS THE WRONG PART. Go back in and was made to wait. Once I get up there I was told the only part of the part number and he was frustrated
The woman working that day was nice and very helpful.
