Awful place indeed. The guy is doing its best but he is alone, the printer is not working so he has to go to another office. I am still waiting for my car and I arrived there more than 1h15. Not the first time with Hertz in Dc. Last time at Hertz Verizon the guy was also alone and we had to wait for a long long time. The company should hire enough people to take care of the clients. Last time with them for me!
They rented me a car with mechanical issues. Charged me for fuel when I brought it back with more gas than they gave me. Follow up customer service is a headache. Follow up with corporate office is another time consuming disaster on its own. No shortage of incompetence and greed from Hertz.
Warning - do not use this service. Absolutely terrible service. Front desk individual was well over an hour late at start of business. Showed up without am apology or amy acknowledgement of their fault. Proceeded to issue the incorrect size vehicle.
Solid customer experience. Just have patience during high travel periods. Some people feel that being gold or presidential entitles them to treat Hertz people like servants.
Most terrible car-rental branch ever see. Charged us the per-purchase fuel fee but not as the price they show on the desk. After waiting for 1 hour we were offered a car with an empty fuel tank. My reserved car use time is 12:00-15:00 and now is 13:38 I still haven't picked up my car. Very very impressed experience here:)
