Nice location, but need more smily customer service
Cancelled our order and never told us? We waited for an hour and a half and the phone we ordered from (online app) still said pending. We were never called or notified until we called them.
The other night I paid $60+ for a pizza with lots of added toppings, 12pcs wings, several sauces and that's it. Well my food was delivered extra late. I pay and then proceed to eat just to find out I was given two cheese pizzas, no wings, but a big Buffalo sauce that spilled all over the pizzas, which made them unbearable to eat. My two yr old daughter was hungry and cried until they came 2hrs later to pick up wrong food to replace with the right food. Well my supposed to be right food was barely cooked and was again the wrong pizza. I'm very very disappointed and yet I have still not received a refund. The same food the bought back is still sitting here, receipt and all. I just would really like my money back. I felt as though I was robbed on Christmas. This is so not a good look being as though I'm a new neighbor who would've spent lots of money with you guys. Something needs to be done about my experience. Have you no customer service skills at all.
charged me extra $5 without notice!! do not go this place!! management is rude and does not respect the customer. worst pizza hut I've ever been!! they will rob ur money!!
I ordered on my phone and set the time (first time every trying it) to be ready for pick-up at a preferred time. I arrived early and paid. I was early by 20 minutes. The cashier Shaquan was very polite and welcoming. As I sat there waiting she informed me that it will be ready shortly. My pizza was literally ready on the time I requested. That won me over as a fan of the accessibility of ordering off my phone and picking up in person. The establishment was clean (as it should be). This Pizza Hut is now "my preferred" Pizza Hut when ordering. Thank you to the pizza makers and Ms. Shaquan.
