If you want to deal with a uneducated, dumb, aggressive Manager, then this place is your ideal spot.
The "manager" was rude and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation.
Then, 30 mins later, we get a call from the driver saying that he couldn't get upstairs. He dropped the food at the bell desk.
Ordered through Grub Hub. 30 mins after the delivery time, we called to see where our food was. We were staying at a hotel 1 mile away.

This review is strictly based on the customer service of the manager by the name of Carlos. At first, he didn't want to tell us his real name, but we heard his co-worker calling him by his real name. This happened last night, my girlfriends and I walked in, order food to go and waited on the line for about 35 minutes, we then politely ask the manager " Carlos" about the ETA of our food since my girlfriend Stacey starting loosing her patience, Carlos expressed his anger towards us and he said to us" I don't need you to talk to me right now, you wait or I will give you your money right now and leave my store", while we had 2 Jumbo pizza slices ready for us, he quickly took them off from my friend's hands and gave them to another customer that was behind us and told us that we will get a refund and leave. This employee Carlos has little to no knowledge of what customer service is suppose to be, he was very physical towards my female friend and made he cry at the end, he is an animal.
I do not suggest ordering from here.
I ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it never came. When I called, my name and number was taken and I was told the manager would call me back.
I had one of the most horrible experiences when I placed my order for delivery with this established. 40 min later I received a call from a delivery person how told me that I have to come downstairs of my apartment building to get my pizza. I explained to him that I just can't and if he can bring it up. Delivery car was sitting outside of my building for five minutes and after that he just drove away. When I called to check on my order I was told that my order was cancelled by manager Carlos with an explanation that I didn't want to peck my order up. If you offer delivery service it should not be half way. Horrible costumer service

Great food at an affordable price here. Food comes out quick. Jumbo slice is a lil smaller than other places
We will never, ever come back here again.
Half of the order was wrong, one item was missing, and everything was ice cold and rubbery.
