I order from them all the time, definitely the best pizza hands down! They have very good subs too. They deliver to SW and their food is reasonably priced.
I asked for two pizzas, and I got two slices. This place is a total scam. Avoid at all costs.
Very friendly staff let me charge my phone in the middle of night. Very pleasant. Will recommend anyone. Friends who ever keep up good work guys
A man named Mohammed was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! He refused to take my order via phone after making me wait 20minutes on hold. He then hung up saying "He didn't feel like taking my order." I called back made my delivery order with another employee & paid for the order. I waited another hour & no food arrived. When I called back Mohammed answered I asked to speak to a supervisor &he refused. He told me "It didn't matter if I paid for my food even if I came to pick it up it wouldn't be ready because they don't feel like making any food or deliveries for the rest of the night. Eventhough the store was open another 2 1/2 hours.
Customer service is a MUST in hospitality.
Made an order last month. Took over a hour to deliver, and once it was delivered I discovered a portion of my order was incorrect. When calling back to let them know if the mistake made, they asked for the pizza back and would be able to bring me a new pizza. I called corporate and they were unsure what to do for this location.
