Ordered online for pickup. Food was ready when I got there and was good. Did forget my cookie but was quickly rectified. Location is within sight of the executive office building on pa ave.
I don't go to Jimmy John's very much, so I always forget how to order just exactly what I want when I get to the counter. This place is hopping and pretty darn quick. So, you'd better know what you want when you walk in. :)
Sandwiches were up to par with other Jimmy John's but experienced poor customer service and locked restrooms.
Ordered food online for pickup, walked there and they knew about the order but that's as good as it got. They have no drinks in bottles as advertised nothing, all in all they couldn't care less about customers our customer service
Customer service at this location is extremely bad. They do not know how to treat customer. Not recommended. Quality of the subs is not the same as other locations. Waste of money! Go to another place. 1 star is too much.
