Robin Hollinger helped me every step of the way as I went back and forth between a few. She would send me pic of each paired with my ring and didn't stop till I knew I had found just the right one and I simply couldn't be happier :)
I had a good experience shopping here. Everyone was friendly, professional, and not aggressive. 4 stars is for the selection - they tell you that they have 90%+ of the styles they offer in the store when you make your appointment, but online I see over 100 styles of rings alone, and I would be lying if I wrote that I saw 90+ items in the store. The root of my complaint is really just that they set your expectations higher than what they deliver. That said, now that I know what to expect, when/if I make a return trip, I will ask them to order in the styles I want to see - and they graciously offer do that for you which is great. Also, take a look up while you're shopping: they have creative lighting that makes the diamonds look super sparkly!
A lot of jewelry stores just want your money. Brilliant Earth sincerely cared about the quality and memories surrounding these major life purchases. They even helped my husband surprise me with a gift I had been asking for. They made sure to be extremely discreet and are overall so invested in every customer's happiness from the time you walk into the lobby with water and chocolate, to the time you leave with a fanfare of goodbyes.

Impeccable customer service! My fiance and I are SO glad we came to Brilliant Earth to find my ring. Night and day difference from a box store. Making the appointment to come to the showroom was super easy online, and then they have a customer service representative follow-up to confirm and see if there are any specific styles or stones you want to look at, which I thought was awesome and turned out to be quite helpful when we arrived. They have so much to choose from! First of all, the showroom is in an adorable part of Georgetown (and right across from a Distric Donut so bonus, ring shopping and sweets!). The receptionist was extremely professional and we only had to wait a brief moment for customer experience associate to bring us into the main showroom. We were helped by a lovely lady named Hattie Coin who really made the experience wonderful and memorable for me. I had looked at almost hundred settings by that point, and at the Brilliant Earth settings over and over again. We wanted to make a conscientious purchase, but I was starting to sweat over not finding anything I loved. Hattie moved us through the cases quickly, but without making me feel rushed, and asked lots and lots of good questions to help me narrow down my picks. Ultimately, I fell in love with a setting I hadn't even considered online as soon as I put it on in real life. I chose a setting called the Hudson, which has a matching band and optional contour band. I really wanted a matching band, so we looked at that with several different stone options. I wasn't really interested in a diamond and Hattie was extremely knowledgeable about stones, settings, and was able to price each option out for us as we considered different stones, sizes, etc. I loved that she never pushed me towards any option, but followed my leads and didn't make me feel bad about wanting a non-diamond option or push me towards a larger stone, which had happened to me at Kay's and Zales. Ultimately, we went back a couple weeks later to make a final choice on a stone and went with a 5.5mm natural sapphire which I am loving more and more every day. Another good friend of mine got her ring from BE, and we both love them. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone looking for rings or a great gift for a special someone in the future! Hattie even helped my fiance totally disguise when he bought and got the ring, so the proposal was a total surprise, which was awesome! Thank you so much Hattie, and Brilliant Earth!
Could not be happier with my rings from Brilliant Earth! I first got my engagement ring from my now husband and was so in love with it! He did such good job picking it out and was so considerate. I love my Irish heritage and he chose a claddagh ring which meant a lot to me :) I had no idea he was up to anything (we were together nearly 10 years before we married, engaged for 4) and he had asked me if I would wear diamonds to which I responded, well sure I guess as long as they aren't blood diamonds! So he started his search for ethical jewelry and found Brilliant Earth. Needless to say we also purchased my wedding band from them and I just love them both so much!
