The manager Paul was very VERYYYY rude. I have spent well over 300 dollars buying as gifts,friends and myself. 3 of the bracelets i had just recently purchase..the face of them came off. I called to see if i can check my email to see if i could possibility come in and replace them..he hung up on me 3 times!!! Then when i finally got to speak to a S.A. before he even checked my email he cut me off rudely and told me it was NOTHING he could do about it. I ask to speak to the manager he responded.."what dont you understand..this is the manager Paul." And told me it was nothing he could do to accommodate me and hung up the phone! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE I WOULD! if this was the manager i can imagine how his team is!!
