Ilo is simply superb. Gary has been cutting my hair for decades, even though it requires my driving two plus hours each way to get to Georgetown. The entire experience is top-notch, right down to the details of hair washing technique, attractive decor, cleanliness, and perfectly folded smocks; most importantly, I collect compliments on my hair regularly. When our schedules don't mesh well, Marcella also is masterful. We are so lucky to have all of the accomplished professionals at Ilo willing to help us.
Took my girlfriend to get her hair dies, the staff was super friendly and was willing to go the extra mile to make her hair look perfect and exactly how she wanted it. I looks beautiful. A true 5 star Salon. No doubt!

I love Ilo for the fact they saved my damaged hair. Sal and Marcella did a fabulous job and I continue to have them as my hairdressers. They know their jobs and can tell they love their jobs. They do a fabulous job on taking care of me I don't want to lose them. The salon is clean and refreshing and all the people are great and friendly. My longtime ILO stylist has moved out of DC so I have been seeing Adam for my cut and Troy for my color and in true ILO fashion, they are both amazing. Adam cuts with such precision and really understands how my hair moves. This is such a great haircut, I am getting compliments all the time which is kind of wonderful! Troy does a fabulous job keeping my ever graying hair looking natural and golden. I love working with this new team and it shows me what a great salon ILO continues to be.
