Second time I have ordered from la-z-boy... second time the "material not available" but wait... I can get a better lead time with a more expensive material/product.

Jamie the designer helped me from start to FINISH!! She came to my home..listened to my ideas, and was was exceptionally patient with me, throughout the entire process. If you're ever in the market for furniture I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JAMIE!! She is a absolutely phenomenal interior designer.
Jess let me know that I was over priced on the delivery charge. I would never have known that and I really appreciated her being so honest! She was also very pleasant on the phone asking me how my Thanksgiving was. She placed my custom fabric order with ease and explained to me the lifetime warranty. After we spoke, I then added the lifetime warranty on my sofa while finishing up my phone call with her.
