Really great service! We bought 4 kitchen chairs which we love. One leg broke, and Tim (store owner) replaced all legs on all 4 chairs. It was unexpected and totally above and beyond service
Please don't deliver after 7pm, the delivery staff is tired and in a rush to leave. Didn't realize Sofa required assembly- not happy with the product trying to get BO staff to fix it!
I cannot say enough nice things about BoConcept DC and its owner Tim Machenaud. I purchased an office chair from this shop almost 5 years ago and it held up beautifully until one of the wheels popped off -- it appeared that normal wear and tear had stripped a bolt of its threading. Despite the chair being out of warranty, Tim immediately offered to replace the entire chair at no cost to me. It was available to pick up from the showroom the next day. This is customer service at its finest. I'm now sitting in my new chair writing this review -- a very happy customer.
I am changing my review as BO team has gone Above and Beyond to address my customer service related concerns. Since my last review, they have called me multiple times to check on the status. Though my assembly issues are not fixed yet, but nevertheless I am very impressed by BO team's responsiveness and their passion to provide impeccable customer service. I am going back to the store tomorrow to check out few additional items for our house.
The team at Bo Concept did a terrific job in helping me find the right furniture for my new place. Ayman came and measured and presented a custom look that is elegant and comfortable. The delivery men were equally helpful. Tim is an excellent manager. I've always liked the furniture and other products at Bo Concepts but the Georgetown store is the best (better than the ones in London) I have visited.
We highly recommend this store. Not only the furniture is beautiful, modern, functional and high quality; but a responsive, professional and client-oriented management makes Bo Concept at Georgetown stand out. We have purchased several pieces of furniture for our living and dining rooms and as our family grows, this store continues to be at top of our favorites list.
