I had a box off of my registry from Crate and Barel that got damages during delivery. I called up to see if I could return it. They were incredibly helpful and had no issue taking the box back in store with no questions asked. While they didn't have my piece in store, they had it shipped to me, no charge, and it was to me within 3 business days.
The customer service in this store is really great. Everybody is always helpful even on the busy days. I had a situation where a Manager was needed and a young lady and the register called for Claudia. She was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store. Easy parking.
Nice location and friendly helpful staff. C&B is quite pricey but it is also good quality.
