They do some wonderful work and they delivered on time. The recipients loved the arrangement and they had the house smelling wonderful. Thank you
My mother was memorialized Friday 9/29 at 10 am. My Aunts ordered a plant and flowers ($100) which were to be delivered prior. We did not get the delivery until sometime during the repast, after the service and as people were leaving and the "flowers" had withered however they were transported. Needless to say, this ruined the occasion for my aunts as is their tradition to have the plant present at the service to nurture as a keepsake. This florist REFUSED to refund her and instead delivered a "replacement" to her house on today, Sun, 10/1. The service was awful as the person taking the not so good news of bad service dismissed us and repeated over and over that NO ONE in particular was in charge and that there was a NO REFUND policy. I would NOT EVER patronize this "family-owned" operation again. They DO NOT believe in treating grieving people fairly, even if they were clearly in the wrong. RUN, DO NOT BUY; THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THEIR FAILURES!!
Received a Birthady Bouquet on Sunday!!! OMG!! I’ve never seen such BEAUTIFUL ROSES IN MY LIFE! Long stems (over 30 inches) and buds the size of my fist...HUGE! Thank you Charles for ensuring delivery and Cheryl for you magic touch on such a lovely arrangement! Someone said “this is DC’s Best Kept Secret”! So true! Not anymore. I’m telling everyone about this Florist.
