e used House of Flowers for a corporate event. We needed the arrangements to be blooming the following day, and luckily, Michael knew just which flowers to pick to be sure they stayed well until the next afternoon. They were beautiful and blooming for the event (which was outside), and stayed that way throughout its entirety. We had also only given Michael a vague idea of what we were looking for (being clueless about flowers), and he practically read our minds. The arrangements were classy and tasteful. Great service, great product, and a great price! We will be back!
I ordered a poinsettia plant as a Christmas gift. Instead of a single large plant, they delivered two small plants in two separate pots that were clipped together. But the worst problem is that the pots are PINK! Really? Pink pots on Christmas? There was no decorative presentation of the plants, nor any attempt to cover the pots with foil or other material that might be available in seasonal colors. The florist should have contacted me before delivering if they were unable to fulfill the order properly.
The experience is great! Staff here are kind and the flowers are fresh! Definitely come again next time!
Exceptional service, above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. The freshest, most magnificent arrangements. My family had a death in our family on a Saturday afternoon. Our loved one was Hindu, so the service was the following day, Sunday. All florists were closed, or refused to stay open to accommodate us. After calling 29 florists and being told no, I reached Michael at House of Flowers. I was honest when I told him that I was afraid to place such a large order over the phone, without meeting in person. Quietly, he said "trust me. I will do beautiful arrangements to honor this gentleman." He did. He opened on Sunday. He didn't charge extra for going above and beyond. He just did it. Truly amazing, on every level. I wish I had taken pictures of the art he created.
