I called to have two vases of flowers delivered to friends staying at a DC hotel. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She asked if they should be different or the same, took names and messages, asked if I wanted to sign them.
The only reason I am giving one star is so others are warned! I would give negative stars if I could!! This was by far the worst floral experience I have ever had.
DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM THIS VENDOR!!

I received a call the day after my order was supposed to deliver to say the delivery guy did not leave the flowers on the door because DC was "too hot". What a lame excuse since I'm in Phoenix! I was completely taken off guard since I was never contacted. They said they sent me an email, which I never received. The worst part is that I did receive an email charging me a $20 delivery charge not ten mins after I got off the phone for flowers that never occurred to my niece who celebrated her 16th Birthday without anything to show for it from her Aunt.

They were delivered when I asked, all of the information was correct, and most importantly the arrangements were gorgeous.
Ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday. She absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely order from them again :)
