I mean, all Walmarts are annoying. But this one was quite messy and crowded. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s always like that. Elevators are broken, people are yelling, half of the food hasn’t been restocked. It’s a mess. But it is a Walmart, so I guess that’s what you should expect.

Good prices and service. I went here to get some info on my Xbox 360 and find out if they still stole games and controllers. They do and the customer service rep insured me that if they didn't carry it that they knew who did. Loved it...

The location is great. The workers are polite. The ladies room is a disappointment. The handicap stall is locked so I guess it doesn't work. I think it's been that way for 2 weeks or more. The other stall with hold bars doesn't have a lock on the door. The lady next to me had to ask for toilet paper. There are 3 sinks but only 1 soap dispenser so you have to cross from one end to the other to use it. This is a very busy store and so is the bathroom. I think they should give it more attention and the shouldn't send a male attendant to the women's room who just leaves if he can't get the place clear.

Convenient and fast except for unhelpful staff. The staff don't tend to know much, but they can surely ring up a transaction and get our money. Sad part is that when it's that pervasive, it speaks to what kind of management is in place. Also had problems with the people who process orders for pickup. Items sit in the back for hours without getting logged in. This eliminates any convenience of ordering something for guaranteed 2 day shipping to the store. The staff won't even bother to look or ask those who sort deliveries to look for something they've had for 5 hours already. They are only making it more desirable to shop with Amazon, which even has groceries.

Rundown, generally untidy, cluttered and unclean, from the parking garage up through the entryway windows and area and throughout store. There's no reason it need be such an eyesore on our Nation's Capitol. There were three products (of 5 I wanted) that the store did not have that I know I've seen in other Walmarts. I do realize they have limited space. When asked, the staff was aware of what products the store did stock, we're friendly and helpful.
