This Macy's is very limited on everyday wear. The majority of what was in the store was their top end offerings. Other Macy's I have been to in the last few days have had GREAT sales. There was almost nothing on sale at this location. The sales women were uppity and seemed bothered by questions. The door man and the man at the jewelry counter were very friendly.
In love with this place. There are literally floors of shopping to do. Whatever you can imagine you can probably buy it here. They usually have discounts in different stores so look around and then choose the best deal. Everything is clean and a perfect environment.
I like going to stores and buying my clothes--forget online shopping. This place has it all and great customer service. Love it!
Went to the Holiday window unveiling! It was pretty nice. They had some interesting windows. We also caught some awesome deals. I didn't know that this Macy's existed right in the heart ot D.C. Pretty cool location. That is all.
This Macy's Rocks! If you ever get the chance to visit NYC Macy's this would be a runner up. The size cant be beat, and the merchandise options are endless! I received service from a gentleman I believe his name was Phillip. He helped me in the Housewares Department. He was very knowledgeable of the items they sold and, was eager to share the success of the most recent purchases. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The security at the main door was nice and polite too. Being centrally located in the heart of DC (Metro Center) this is a great place to pick up any last minute gifts or better your chances of finding something you couldn't have gotten at your local, neighborhood Macy's.
