Great wine selection. I've been a wine drinker and typically do not like many wines, but I explained to the server my tastes and she came up with a wonderful flight selection for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try to wines or trying to find a wine that they like. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

This is a really great place to have a few glasses of wine. If wine was their main focus I would have given them a 5. However.

LOVE Flight wine bar! Only complaint is that its not open longer!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about. Love the atmosphere. Favorite wine bar in DC

I had an old world red flight and enjoyed 2/3 of the wines. I did not like #2 and the tender offered to and replaced it for free with something ‘fruitier’ as if I cannot palette a French wine due to the tones and not because I detest ‘cacao and licorice ‘ in a wine.

A relaxing spot for good wine and tasty plates. Given the location the price is good. I went back to FLIGHT again the food was amazing !!! see photos below.

Rap and hip-hop played while low lights and Italian influence catered the decor. The wine bar has an epic wood-worked display and stone tile serving semi-circle and yet they play music that appeals to a hip, younger crowd.

A truly hidden gem. Perfect for a quick drink or catching up with friends for hours.

Finally. Most egregious. No cheese and meat plates. You’re a wine bar! At least give me some olives!

I never drink without food so I ordered the potatoes. Their take on French fries include smashed fingerling potatoes doused in parm and salt. They sit in a little stack on top of ‘spicy garlic aioli ‘ which is spicy mayo mixed with garlic. The top potatoes can be dipped in the sauce, the bottom are overly saturated and lost to the thick, gelatinous sauce.

They also serve appetizers and dinner. These seem to be tailored to the random casual diner rather than someone looking to experience a few different wines and expand their pallet. My first warning was that the place was dead. The bar tender laughed it off and suggested it was due to the holidays but I am not too sure. The place seems a bit stagnant and identity confused.
