It was around 2 pm all the other restaurants were full no one was in the restaurant. Also remember they were closed down for a bad rat
Had the drunken noodle chicken panang. After reading some of the reviews, we mentioned to the waitress to have the cook spice things up, since we're big fans of spicy, flavor loaded foods. Needless to say the chicken was grilled and tossed in the curry--hardly a curry chicken, and the drunken noodle was lackluster at best.
This place combines Thai food with a nice atmosphere. It’s not as tasty and tangy as a hole in the wall Thai restaurant, but the interior makes up for and makes it a nice dining establishment. The service is good as well as the portions. Price is reasonable. Worth a night out, but could be underwhelming to hardcore Thai fans. There is a bit of a wait on weekends.
Today I went to this restaurant walked in inside and the place smelled horrible. Like all of the staff took the shoes off . Strong Order of bad feet I started gagging and coughing. Terrible feeling
Amazing selection of Bangkok street food! Get a spice tray to add additional heat to the dishes. Most dishes are pared down for an Anglo American palate!
My party of two walked up on a Sunday evening without a reservation and we were seated instantly. The server Long was his name (according to the receipt) was nice and polite. The wine was really good too. The patio area was clean and organized. This place is highly recommended. The food isn't as pricey as you think. Keep in mind you are looking to eat in Georgetown Riverfront. Nothing on that side of town is cheap.
