The food was really good. Waiter was well knowledgeable about the wine collection they had. Food portion was small, but it was super good! It was also very affordable. Although we had a reservation, we had to wait 45 extra minutes to get seated. It was mostly because it was raining yesterday. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Been going here for years. Love this place but it gets super crowded with a uptight crowd (we're usually in jeans and a tee, and others are not) and food can sometimes be a miss. Staff is usually amazing though we've had a bad experience (we've thrown down at this spot over the years so it was disappointing but they remedied the situation).
My favorite thing is chef(s) is always changing up the approach to food. It's creative. And the wine selection is brilliant, we always get a great recommendation as long as we ask for someone who knows the wines. Mondays are half off a bottle (makes it almost as cheap as getting it at a store but with more selection and better recommendations) which is amazing. And their happy hour wines and tapas makes the place one of the better affordable happy hours in the city.
I love this place! The food is amazing & the staff are super helpful & friendly. I came in last weekend with a large party & had to wait for everyone to find parking (which on a Fri night is damn near impossible) but the manager was very friendly & got me and my friends drinks while we waited. After seated the waiter explained the menu & was very attentive. I have no complaints. Great date night spot.

Being from Miami, I have experienced a fair share of Tapas and this restaurant is nothing short of amazing. Prices are VERY reasonable considering the location and the wine selection is superb. The managers Alex and Andrew are always there to wait on your every need and our waiters Gus and Emma ate outstanding. Dessert is excellent, good is great and the ambiance is very welcoming. A++
One of my favorite restaurants in DC! Great wine selection with a staff to help you navigate it. Get ready for a wait, even if you've made a reservation. They'll take care of you if your table is not ready. However with a small-plates atmosphere, it's common if things run behind. Dinner is a great choice, but they also have a great brunch. If you're looking for an event space they have a great back room. The patio is fabulous when the weather is cooperating.
