Came for a bar crawl so I ordered specials, but it was a good place!
I went here with friends on a Friday night. Hip hop/ reggae music, the likes. Drinks are good. It can get too crowded but we stayed on the first level, and enjoyed ourselves.
My friends and I had a decent night here. The dj played the same songs over and over again to the point where we decided to leave. The next morning, my friend told me the waitress or bartender overcharged her. Another group of our friends came later and started their own tab, but my friend from the first group said they were charged with the whole groups tab. Wouldn't mind not coming back here.
Amsterdam has a great happy hour!! It's my go to spot whenever I go out on U street. The music is good but it has an African/ carribean vibe.
