Terrible customer service. Their employees will screw up your plans, rudely respond to your emails (if you call it a response), and generally ruin your day and travel plans -- making you have to continue dealing with issues for weeks. I would rather pay double the fee on a ticket and wait in line at the DMV for weeks on end, than use them to plan a trip. It's just not worth it.
