I sent my passport to visa HQ to get a visa to China. My flight was on Sunday and I was suppose to receive my passport back on Friday. Unfortunately my passport was not sent back to me as promised until Monday which caused me to miss my flight. I had to go through the haste of canceling my hotel, my car rental and I also lost $307 to refund my ticket. I tried to contact management several times with no luck. They are not truthful and will not recommend them to anyone.
Would use them again in a heartbeat or recommend to anyone who has limited/scarce time on hand or a complex/missing document Visa case on hand. They know their stuff & can be a good Authorised agent/representative on your behalf with the consulate. Shout out to jessica one more time for her very calm, professional & caring attitude throughout the nail biting 1 week.
We were pleased. They were professional and accurate about the processing & return shipping time. Of course these things are not cheap, but it keeps the stress level down to have the pros do it for you. We'll use this company again.

Excellent service, kept me updated with exactly what was going on when, but most of all, saved me a half-day of my time. For a small service fee, you really cannot afford to do this yourself. I own and run my own business, and this was an eye-opener: 5 minutes on their website to create my profile, then FedEx my passport to them. Honestly, I cannot imagine ever doing this myself again.
Tatiana was a great help with my visa application process! Very good idea to have a native Russian speaker deliver your application to the embassy and be able to answer any questions or resolve any issues on the spot! One improvement would be the online form that populates the visa application, would be better to fill out the official form directly or make the online form an exact match.
