Just speaking of an agent named Rima: She is hard to work with, rude, disorganized, hard to understand, doesn't return phone calls, and unprofessional. She ignores your phone calls until weeks have passed by and numerous e-mails have been sent. If you are looking for an honest, well-spoken real estate agent, do not talk with Rima. This does not reflect Long and Foster, but I'm not sure how they haven't realized she mistreats her potential clients. Will be avoiding doing business with her at all cost.
