This is the worst property management company I've dealt with in a sea of terrible property management companies. They give me a constant runaround as a tenant. Processes for getting help are constantly changing. Sometimes emails are answered. Sometimes not. Tons of pressing 1 for this that and 3 for that. This week, they replaced my front door locks with locks that can be unlocked from the outside. Their tech didn't even notice. I had to point it out. And they are currently "reviewing" whether to fix this situation.
David at the front desk is super friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find my new home.

EJF is the 3rd property manager we've tried in 7 years of renting, and we've been with them about 2.5 years now. Unless they close up shop (I hope not!) we'll never need to change again. The service and professionalism are fantastic. From tenant vetting and selection to maintenance and inspections to records management and communications, their performance has been consistent and tremendous. We previously tried, and considered, slightly cheaper alternatives, but in this case you very much get what you pay for and then some.
As a owner of a apartment this has to be one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with a property management company and I had terrible past experiences. They give me the run around and my apartment has been empty for months and months. They set the price and now tell me it is too high. The pictures they took are blurry. And I gave the go ahead to get carpet and paint and they still haven't done it. Terrible communicators. Wish I never used them.
