Lindsay is the best! She made the sale of our condo so easy. Lindsay managed a deep cleaning, painting, staging, open house, and closing all while we were living across the country. We closed 3 weeks after it was listed for above asking. Lindsay gave great advice throughout the process. We appreciated her straightforward approach and insight into DC's market. She is hard working, dedicated, has great taste, and is a pleasure to spend time with. I highly recommend working with City Chic!
On our house sale it was a similarly great experience. Liz walked us through the paperwork but after that she handled everything from staging and cleaning to the closing. The house was competitively proceed for the market which resulted in a bidding war getting us a great return.
Starting with the house purchase Liz took detailed care to understand what we were looking for which started out as a fairly broad search. As we narrowed down to a neighborhood and area, Liz was on top.of openings and had us in quickly looking at houses so we could figure out if we wanted to bid in a competitive market. Our offer was carefully pulled together and we ended up getting the first house we targeted mostly due to Liz's strategy.
All in all we loved the experience which is so rarely said for house transactions. I have moved a number of times and this was by far the best. Highly recommend Liz and City Chic for a much less stressful and much more rewarding experience.
We are so happy we discovered this company and were able to work with Lizzie Russo! We cannot say enough good things about Lizzie and our experience. We were looking for a place to rent on a tight schedule, and moving down from Boston. Lizzie spent nearly five hours with us on a Sunday, showing us our top five places in DC. She was incredibly honest and helpful discussing the pros and cons of each, telling us about the neighborhood, nearby supermarkets, etc. We even went back to the office and discussed the five apartments in further detail, going over our commutes from each place. Lizzie genuinely cared about making sure we ended up in the best apartment for us, and she went above and beyond to help us get there. After we decided on an apartment, Lizzie took care of all the communication and logistics between us and the landlords and listing agent. She kept in touch every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond once again, even picking up checks from us to deliver to the listing agent. The service provided by this company, and Lizzie in particular, was so much greater than we expected or could have ever imagined. We highly recommend City Chic and Lizzie in particular!!! It is rare to experience customer service at this high level. We are so pleased. And we will definitely be reaching out to Lizzie and City Chic for any future real estate needs!
Talk about the nicest, most fabulous, bulldog you'll ever meet. Sarah was the definition of a professional and a fighter from start to finish. We had one of the most challenging home buying experiences of all time, from high hopes to low blows to just impossible sellers and not only did she remain positive the entire time but she helped me stay positive as well. When other parties were dragging their feet she was pushing them day and night to get the job done. She 1000% had my best interests at heart and advised me to walk away when she felt an investment was the wrong one.
