Purchased a spot on-line. When arrived, daily ticket wasn't working, so attendant raised the arm and gave directions. NO TICKET WAS GIVEN. When we left, the attendant would not let us leave because we didn't have a ticket. He became disrespectful and began waving his hands and saying we must look again for the ticket. NO TICKET WAS GIVEN. We couldn't give a ticket and he wouldn't let us go without one. Finally enough people were behind us he took our information and let us go. He was disrespectful and didn't have a process to follow when a ticket was not to be had. He said he was the boss.
