Flat rates are very good 14 for all day. The garage is very tight and you have to walk out trhe front enterence where the car comes through.
Colonial needs to train their attendants better when it comes to reserving spots. I spent over 10 minutes arguing with the attendant at this garage that the ParkWhiz app (which the Colonial site directed me to) was valid and that I prepaid for my parking with my reservation. Eventually he relented and called his supervisor who told him it was fine. I've had problems like this at other Colonial garages before and I'm sick of them. Time to start using other parking garages.
