I hoped after their renovation (recliner seats, etc) they would have upgraded their crappy project but nope. Jumanji was out of focus, muted colors, not 4K. I get better picture quality at home. This has always been a poor chain. I hope AMC buys them.
Went here twice. First I went to see IT on 9/16 for the 4:00pm think I got there 29min early. Very nice service at ticket box, nice young man made sure to ask for my card which I always forget about in my bottomless wallet full of 100 cards
The second time was today 9/23 to see Kingsman Golden Circle at 1230pm. Came back to gain Emerald stat on my regal card which once again(terrible memory of mine!) forgot I was trying to gain with my card of course I forgot I had. Nice customer service as usual might have been the same person so already great service there. Place is always clean when returning, business runs smooth. Ticket seller kindly let me know I had free concessions on my regal card unfortunately had to turn it down I arrived to late and I didn't want to miss the previews! I feel like other places don't really give me details on what pops up on my card but this place definitely will! Recommended for new movie seers or consistent movies theater customers! Keep up the great work!
My favorite movie theater. I've had a blockbuster year and a lot of fun there. Let's hope this coming year is even better. Oh please improve on menu, since I usually see two movies. You made feel special Thank you!
This is one of the very best scene in downtown Washington and this is the place where I grew up born and raised not to far away from the distance in D.C.
Experience was a good one. Saw the new Star Wars in 3D and the reclining seats were very nice and comfy. The 3D was surprisingly well done, not overly distracting, but enhancing the movie when needed. Theater was clean and tidy and other moviegoers were respectful and quiet. I will say that I went to the 11:15 AM showing the day before New Year's Eve, so I may have had a better experience than many, but I also think the theater just does a good job of keeping up. All in all, I would certainly see another film here.
